• Public. Both the username (first name and surname) and the avatar image are publicly displayed in the listings.

Apart from the providers listed below and without prejudice to what is specified in our Cookie Policy, REFORESTUM will not communicate the personal data provided to third parties except when it is strictly necessary for the provision of services by providers specialised in data processing and making their IT solutions available to REFORESTUM or with the prior authorisation of the registered person or entity, including when this may involve an international transfer of data, outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") provided that this is done taking into account appropriate safeguards under applicable law:
